Day to day Itinerary
DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN TANZANIA AND TRANSFER TO MOSHI
Elevation: Approximately 890 meters
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative from Kibo Trips African Safaris and transferred to your hotel in Moshi. The transfer takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions.
After check-in, you will attend a detailed pre-climb briefing where your mountain guide will review the itinerary, inspect your equipment, discuss safety procedures, and answer any questions regarding the upcoming expedition.

DAY 2: MARANGU GATE TO MANDARA HUT

Following breakfast, you will drive approximately 1 hour from Moshi to Marangu Gate, where registration formalities are completed before beginning the trek.
